Crochet/Silicone Experiment II

1. Turned the bowl inside-out.
   
2. Protected balloon with a sandwich-bag "condom".
   
3. Smoothed silicone over surface with a spatula.
   

So far, so good.

Something in my cultural memory is thinking about reed baskets covered with pitch. Or maybe that's just my imagination.
