I still haven't taken my hysterical self into Teresa's office to demand action. Are we semi-sure that there is no need to panic?

On another topic, the yellow bowl gives me great pleasure. I see it and am delighted.

There's *always* cause to panic. But I talked to Teresa last week, and I think that we're much clearer on bedbug- and bedbug-communication-transparency-policy at HAP.

Glad you like the yellow bowl. Can you photograph it for me?
