Weird Mexican Jello from Produce Pro. It's anise flavored, and after the gelatin and sugar dissolved in a double-strength potion, I let it cool for a bit and topped it off with some super-sodastreamed seltzer. The bubbles got trapped in as the jello set. This is strange stuff. Tastes fizzy. And licorice-y! I think this would make some interesting ouzo jello-shots.
